SciVate Research LLP strives to provide the highest level of service to our participants, contributors, and stakeholders. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments made for journal publications, conference registrations, and other related services.

1. General Policy

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SciVate Research LLP via the official contact email. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Policy

Journal APC Non-Refundable Fees:
Once a manuscript is accepted for publication and payment is made, the fees are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the editorial and administrative efforts involved in the review and publication process.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
• Duplicate payment.
• Withdrawal of a manuscript before the review process begins.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days after the request is approved.

Conference Registration Fees
• Cancellation Requests: Once the paper is registered, withdrawal is not allowed under any circumstances and registration fees will not be refunded.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payment.
• Non-Transferable Fees: Registration fees are non-transferable to other paper IDs, conferences, or events.
• Force Majeure: In the event of conference cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds or rescheduling options will be provided at the discretion of SciVate Research LLP.

Other Services
Refunds for other services, such as workshops or special sessions, will be determined based on the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Manuscript Submissions
Authors may withdraw their manuscript before the review process begins. However, if the review process has started, the author must pay 25% of the APC of that journal.

Conference Registrations
Once the paper is registered, withdrawal is not allowed under any circumstances and registration fees will not be refunded. However, the request may be considered under exceptions as outlined above.

4. How to Request Refunds or Cancellations

To request a refund or cancellation, please provide the following details:
• Full Name
• Email Address
• Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
• Reason for Refund or Cancellation
